Overview
A Docks Core is unpacked into an Instant Docks, which is the centerfold of the Empire's naval forces, the naval units are quite possibly the best of the Empire (as Japan is an Island nation) a lot of the naval units are built at the Instant Docks, but you need an area of water to put it in.
