[edit] Overview

The Soviets still hold ground in the United States. Now, they have taken the war to a whole new level. Romanov's advisor Yuri has introduced his latest invention, the Psychic Beacon which causes normal humans to lose their individuality and become willing slaves to the Soviet Union, one such device was constructed in the capital of Washington D.C. President Michael Dugan and General Ben Carville have fell under the beacon's power. Your mission is to destroy the beacon, so the President and Carville can evacuate the area.

[edit] Tatics

You will begin with an Allied MCV and several G.I.s and Engineers. Begin by garrisoning the nearby buildings have an engineer repair one of the buildings. Your job at this point should be holding your current possition until you have build a war factory. This is because you do not only have to worry about Conscripts, Rhino Tanks and even Tesla Troopers but also civilians that fell under the Psychic Beacon. You can also repair the damaged national monuments around the area for extra resources (like he nearby Jefferson Memorial). It is also wise to build several airforce command centers to not only activate your radar but to also build Harriers to perform some bombing raids and even for the eventual reinforcements that will come into the area. Once you have build a Barracks and a war factory, build 20 Grizzly Tanks and 30 G.I.s, this should be effiecent enough to destroy the nearby Soviet base and the Psychic Beacon, though it is also wise to build an I.F.V with an Engineer inside to repair your damaged tanks. Though this is risky but you can also train several engineers to take the nearby Soviet base closest to yours and train several Soviet forces and you can even try to use several I.F.Vs with Tesla Troopers inside.
