As both the Western Allies and the Soviet Union were at war with each other, Yuri who is the advisor to Premier Alexander Romanov secretly left Romanov as the Soviets were beginning to lose the war to put his own plan to dominate the world in motion he begins by making a huge system of Psychic Dominators all over the world, as the Allies defeated the Soviets at Moscow and even celebrated thier victory, Yuri came our of hiding a few months later and even told President Michael Dugan of his plan to dominate the world, with that he begins to activate his Dominator he has built on Alcatraz Island in San Francisco, Dugan ordered for an immediate airstrike to destroy the device, though they failed but managed to power down the device long enough for the Allies to use Professor Albert Einstein's time machine to time warp to a time where Yuri's Psychic Dominator system was still in development.
Yuri's forces consist of brainwashed subjects and even other beings that are birthed by unnatural forces created by Yuri. His other piece of technology consist of brainwashing devices that force other units to do Yuri's bidding and even effect the battle field in ways that nobody can even imagine.
